Autorisationslovens §70a
Autorisation som social- og sundhedsassistent meddeles den, der har bestået dansk eksamen som social- og sundhedsassistent eller en udenlandsk eksamen, som kan sidestilles hermed, jf. §§ 2 og 3.
Stk. 2. Ret til at betegne sig som social- og sundhedsassistent har kun den, der har autorisation som social- og sundhedsassistent.
Stk. 3. Indenrigs- og sundhedsministeren kan fastsætte regler om udøvelse af virksomhed som social- og sundhedsassistent og om afgrænsning af virksomheden.
